Complexation processes in “PbCl2-N2H4CS” aqueous solutions during deposition of lead sulphide films

In this study, we proposed a new approach to assessing the processes of complexation in aqueous solutions using example interaction lead chloride with thiourea. The goal study was investigation “PbCl2-N2H4CS” and determination regions dominance thiourea coordination compounds, which are precursors during deposition sulphide films.Based on diagrams cross section lines equal fractions constructed three-dimensional space, all complex forms existing studied solution were found. Such graphic image is most informative, since it allows selection concentration ranges predominance certain especially complexes, films. It shown that an increase N2H4CS led total fraction complexes: for twofold excess its 0.25, threefold 0.35, fourfold 0.5, fivefold 0.7.
